Welcome

I have a strong belief that we all seek to know our essential natures, and I have lived a life dedicated to that seeking. I have always asked questions about life’s purpose, and have been deeply engaged in my own journey of self-exploration and transformation, in order to connect more and more deeply with my soul. In my work, I engage in a process of soul-making, to bring what is essential to consciousness, or in O’Donahue’s language, to awaken the soul.

I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work and Education and am a psychotherapist, spiritual director, collage artist and poet. I offer a multidimensional approach to awakening and deepening consciousness. This has included my extensive private practice, leading workshops in SoulCollage® and in Dream Wisdom, facilitating groups and individuals in the practice of Mussar and consulting in local schools as an artist and group leader. It is a great privilege to share the tools of soul-making that I have learned and developed.

Psychotherapy

Throughout my work as a psychotherapist, I have encountered many forms of suffering—emotional, physiological and environmental. It has been deeply satisfying to listen into people’s stories and to develop effective tools for self-understanding and empowerment.

Mussar is an ethical and spiritual practice of self-reflection, journaling and focused exercises that invite you to study the Jewish perspectives on character traits—middot— such as patience, forgiveness, gratitude and humility, to name a few.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction invites people to articulate their relationship to the divine and to the sacred moments in their lives. Often, people discover that the very act of living is sacred when their eyes are opened to perceiving this.

SoulCollage® is a fun and intuitive practice that combines collage with a unique journaling process. Each collage represents a separate facet of the self, including inner self-aspects, archetypal influences, and your community.

Dream Work

Dreams are shimmering pathways to deep psyche and to soul. I do not approach a dream as something to be “analyzed,” but as a “soul-visitor” from the intuitive world of the unconscious, seeking our attention for the deeper purpose of knowing ourselves more fully.
